Upper St Clair Swim and Dive Team

Hello swim parents.

As we approach championship swimming season it is time to think about racing/tech/fast suits. Whatever you choose to call them, these suits require an investment of time (to actually put them on) and money. The purchase of a new tech suit is completely optional and not required in any way. Our team receives a discount on these suits when bought through Jen Michaels of B and R Pools.

Traditionally the school has contributed $50 towards the purchase of each suit. However, we are not sure if that contribution is going to occur this year. We would like to give the school an estimate on how many suits are being purchased as they are making the decision about if/how much they are able to contribute. Please let me know If you think you will be purchasing a new tech suit for your swimmer this year. This is not a commitment - it just helps us make an estimate for the school.

Attached are lists with options for TYR, Speedo and Arena. The quoted prices do not include any contribution by the school. So if the school is able to contribute then the price will be lower by whatever the contribution amount is.

We will not be having a "try on" session at the pool this year. Suits can be ordered directly through Jen Michaels. You can reach out to her to discuss your order and arrange a time for your swimmer to try on suits at her store if needed.

The USC Swim & Dive Booster Club Chipotle Fundraiser Night is on Tuesday. 1/26/2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Chipotle , 1720 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.

Two ways to participate:

1. Order online using the ordering code QEHFR7G. See the attached PDF for online ordering instructions. Please note that the fundraiser online ordering is only valid through pickup on 1/26/2021 between 4 and 8 pm at this location.
2. Order in person at the restaurant. Make sure to show the fundraiser flyer (hard copy or on your phone) and tell the cashier at checkout that you are there for a fundraiser before paying.

Please consider participating to help raise money for our club. Last year we did not meet the required minimum sale and our club did not receive a donation.

Jen White and Sydna Burns are organizing the Senior Recognition Night. It is scheduled for on February 4, 2021, right before our home meet against Peters Township High School.

Dear USC Swim/Dive supporters, 

Thank you for your interest in helping the Upper St. Clair Swimming/Dive team this year by placing a personal ad for your swimmer/diver in our annual program. In addition to placing an ad for your child, please reach out to your professional contacts to encourage corporate sponsorship. 

The program will be published and distributed during the swim season. Every swimmer, diver, and coach receives a copy of the program at no charge. We are also offering parents the option to purchase additional copies of the program at $15 per program. 

The cost for placing an personal ad is as follows: 

$100 for a full page ad 

$50 for a half page ad 

$30 for a quarter page ad 

Deadline Extended to Sunday, November 29, 2020 Please email the ad, in a WORD or PDF formatted document, to [email protected] Please indicate what size ad you are requesting in the email as well. If you decide to purchase additional copies of the program, please include that amount with the payment for the ad. For example: If you are paying for a half page ad and one additional program, indicate “half page + 1 copy” on the check with a payment amount of $65.
